High quality band practice rooms & rehearsal space in Leeds - on Meanwood Road, 5 mins from Hyde Park Corner.

Opening times:
11 am til 11 pm. 7 days a week.

Rooms: The purpose built soundproofed practice rooms all have very powerful P.A. systems and have been acoustically treated ensuring the best sounding rehearsal environment in Leeds.

Equipment Includes: Mesa and Marshall cabs - Ludwig and Pearl Drum kits - Trace Elliot, Line 6, Ashdown and Marshall bass amps - Randall, Laney, Fender, Vox, Marshall guitar amps/heads - Stage Piano and Hammond - plus loads of other great amps, cabs, heads, mics for you to use.

All equipment is kept in excellent working order by our resident technician to make sure your practice is trouble free.

Facilities:
There is a large parking area next to and behind the building.
We have a big lounge with comfy sofas - drinks and snacks and fair-trade coffee too.
We stock sticks, strings, picks, batteries and other bits you might need during your practice.
309 studios is cycle friendly - If you want to cycle down you can leave your bike safely inside the studio storage area.

309 is easy to get to from all over Leeds - Headingley, Hyde Park, Meanwood and the City Centre - Click here to see map.
